You've recently discovered the Snappli App - congratulations!

But previously to wanting to install the Snappli APN profile you had another APN profile installed - either from your provider or from another app.
This would have resulted in the Snappli App failing to install properly and displaying a pop-up message stating that a profile is already installed.

You are going to have to make a choice. Either keep the current profile and not use Snappli or un-install the other profile first which will then allow the Snappli profile to install. Apple only allow one APN profile to be installed at any one time. Hopefully you'll make the right decision and want to uninstall the old profile and install ours!

Steps to remove a profile:
  1. Go to settings | General | Profiles
  2. Under "Configuration Profiles" remove the profile that has previously been installed. Anything that is a "WebClip" can stay.
  3. Tap the profile that needs to be deleted and then tap the red "Remove" button.
  4. Enter your passcode if required to remove the profile.
  5. When that is complete you will be returned to the main "Profiles" screen.

Steps to add the Snappli Profile:
  1. Hard Close the App to ensure that all previous states are removed. (Double press the home button and then close the Snappli App icon to remove from memory).
  2. Start the app and go to the "Help" section by using the tab in the bottom right corner of the app.
  3. Then tap "Carrier" to reload the contract settings for your phone.
  4. Three things will happen here - either the profile settings will be detected for you and you will be presented with a profile to install or you will have to select the contract type you have signed up for before being presented with a profile. You may see a small list of choices. Re-select the choice you made previously or if you have a tick next to a choice already then tap that particular choice again.
  5. A securely signed profile will be delivered for installation. Tap to install and enter your passcode if required.
  6. The profile will install and you will be returned to the "Carrier" settings of the app.
  7. You can now begin to use the Snappli App.
